Exception Notification dialog box - field descriptions

This dialog box opens when you select Feedback from the Generate drop-down list.

Field	Description	Notes
Button row - top
Expand All	Button to expand all event orders in the Exceptions list and display events with event exceptions.	Default: Exceptions in the Exceptions list are expanded.
Collapse All	Button to collapse all event orders in the Exceptions list and hide events with event exceptions.
Select All	Button to select all event order check boxes in the Exceptions list and send the report to all available recipients.
De-Select All	Button to clear all selected event order check boxes in the Exceptions list.
Exceptions list
Exceptions	Event orders that contain missing information or potential problems. Click the rotating triangles to view or hide events and exceptions.
Employee	Name of the employee associated with the event order—in most cases, the person who created the event order	Read-only.
Send	Check boxes that indicate the notifications should be sent for the selected events.	Default: All check boxes are cleared.
Button row - bottom
Send Notifications	Button to send exception notifications.
Cancel	Button to cancel and close the Exceptions Notification dialog box.
