At a Glance pane - tile descriptions

This pane contains tiles with information about a specific planning period. The tiles feature gauges and tables that display information for event orders in that period, such as events with missing information or potential problems.

Click the tiles to filter information that appears in the Event Orders pane.

Click each tab in the Selected Event Orders pane to display the set of tiles for that planning period. See the table below for descriptions.

Operating Week

Net Change per Day—Displays the total changes of all events since yesterday and the labor coverage for all events.

Graphical elements:

  • Labor Hours Impact—Chart that displays the total changes of all events since yesterday.
  • Coverage—Chart that displays the labor coverage for all events.

New Event Orders—Displays events that have been scheduled during the current week, for the current week. Since there is less planning time fore these events, they usually require immediate decisive action.

Graphical elements:

  • Weekly Totals—Chart that displays the new hours, differentiated by Service and Setup hours, by days of the week.
  • % of Event Orders—Gauge that displays the added/new labor hours as a percentage of the total labor hours for the week.

Event Orders w/ Accepted Changes—Displays event orders that have been reviewed and updated with accepted changes.

Graphical elements:

  • Weekly Totals—Chart that displays the new hours, differentiated by Service and Setup hours, by days of the week.
  • % of Event Orders—Gauge that displays the percentage of event orders with accepted changes.

Canceled Event Orders—Displays events that have been canceled this week, for the current week.

Graphical elements:

  • Weekly Total—Table that displays the number of reclaimed labor hours, differentiated by Service and Setup hours, by days of the week.

  • % of Event Orders—Gauge that displays the percentage of the reclaimed hours.

Quick Sets—Displays when the next Quick Room change is scheduled to occur. This tile included the following information:

  • Quick set date.

  • Room.

  • of employees to perform the quick set.

  • Real-time countdown until the next quick set.

Event Planning Period

Missing Information—Displays missing information for the event planning period.

Graphical elements:

  • % w/ missing information—Gauge that displays the percentage of all events that have missing information (for example, no room, no cover count, no setup style).

Potential Problems—Displays potential problems that could affect the planning period.

Graphical elements:

  • % w/ potential problems—Gauge that displays the percentage of all events that have some detectable problem that is not missing information (for example, outside thresholds, wedding scheduled but no dance floor).

Event Orders w/ Most Labor—Displays events that require the most labor.

Graphical element:

  • A table that displays the top five events that require the most labor. The table includes the following information:

    • Event Order Number

    • Event Name Name

    • Labor Hours (aggregate)

Overlapping Event Orders—Displays overlapping event orders.

Graphical element:

  • % of Event Orders w/ overlaps—Gauge that displays the number of events that overlap and the number of overlaps.
EO Analysis Period

Missing Information—Displays missing information for the EO Analysis period.

Graphical elements:

  • % w/ missing information—Gauge that displays the percentage of all events that have missing information (for example, no room, no cover count, no setup style).

Potential Problems—Displays potential problems that could affect the planning period.

Graphical elements:

  • % w/ potential problems—Gauge that displays the percentage of all events that have some detectable problem that is not missing information (for example, outside thresholds, wedding scheduled but no dance floor).

Overlapping events—Displays a count of the number of events that overlap and the number of overlaps.

Advanced Filtering

Filtering table—Use this table to select the events that you want to see. Click the blue highlighted cells to add or remove them from your selection.
