Event Orders pane - field descriptions

This pane features a table that provides key information about the event orders for the selected period. You can also expand each row to see information about individual events within each event order.

Note: Information in this section changes based on tab you select in the Selected Event Orders pane.

Expand

Expand the event order to display details about the individual events in the order.

Flag

Indicates that an event is "dirty," meaning that work content needs to be generated or regenerated for the event.

Click the column header to sort by dirty events.

Exclamation mark

Event exceptions (Exc.)—Indicates that there is missing information or a potential problem.

Click the column header to sort by event exceptions.

Change

Indicates that there is a difference in event order details between those most recently received from the Event Management System (EMS) and the details for an event already fully reviewed in the Manage Event Orders screen.

R

Review State.

  • Red—No one has reviewed.
  • Yellow—At least one required reviewer has completed the review.
  • Green—All required reviewers have completed the review.

S

Scheduled progress.

  • Red—No labor related to the event has been scheduled.
  • Yellow—Some but not all labor related to the event has been scheduled.
  • Green—All labor related to the event has been scheduled.

Actuals.

  • Red—No actual guest count exists for the event.
  • Green—Actual guest count exists for the event.

Booking #

Booking identification number for a group or set of related event orders.

Event Order Number—The unique identification number for an event order.

Click the column header to sort by the event order number.

 
Event Order

Name of the event order. Depending on the EMS, this field may be the same as the booking or group name.

Room

Room where the event order occurs. The room may be listed as "multiple," indicating that the event order consists of multiple events occurring in multiple rooms.

Status

Status of the event. Statuses include:

  • Canceled
  • Definite
  • IGNORE
  • Prospect
  • Tentative

Click the column header to sort by status.

Available statuses depend on system configuration.
Start Time

Start time of the event order.

Format: Day, mm/dd/yy  0:00 A.M. or P.M.

End Time

End time of the event order.

Click the column header to sort by start time.

Plan

Number of attendees planned to attend events in the event order.

Click the column header to sort by plan.

Number of attendees guaranteed to attend events in the event order.

Set

Set guest count. The number of attendees for which an event should be set to accommodate.

Actual guest count.
