The Manage Event Orders screen

The Manage Event Orders screen is where you perform all event order tasks. This screen consists of several panes that you can use to do the following:

  • Import event orders.
  • Monitor and review event orders for different planning periods.
  • Add new event orders
  • Add events to event orders.
  • Generate work content.
  • Generate and send feedback on event orders.
  • Delete event orders and individual events.
  • Edit event orders.
  • Copy event orders.

To collapse or expand the panes:

  • Click the pane header.

Selected Event Orders

This pane contains four tabs:

  • Operating Week
  • Event Planning Period
  • EO Analysis Period
  • Advanced Filtering

Use these tabs to select planning periods and filtering options. Each tab determines the information that you see in the other panes on this screen.

Default: Tabs are visible, and the Event Planning Period is selected.

At a Glance

This pane contains tiles with information about a specific planning period. The tiles feature gauges and tables that display information for event orders in that period, such as events with missing information or potential problems. You click the tiles to filter information that appears in the Event Orders pane.

Default: Collapsed.
Labor Summary

This pane contains general labor information for the selected planning period.

Default: Collapsed.
Action selection row

This row provides the following:

  • Buttons for the following actions:
    • Adding new event orders and events.
    • Deleting event orders and events.
    • Importing event orders.
    • Cloning event orders and events.
    • Generating work content and planned shifts.
    • Generating feedback on event orders.
  • A search field that searches for specified criteria in the event orders.

Event Orders

This pane features a table that provides key information about the event orders for the selected period and views the individual events within each event order.

Selected Event Details

Click the vertical Selected Event Details header to expand this pane on the right side of the screen.

When you highlight an event order and then select an individual event, the Selected Event Details pane displays all details for that event or event order. You edit the event details in this pane.
