Export Schedules

This is a process that transfers employee schedules to your Time and Attendance system.

Fields on the Export Schedules screen

Date range selectorDetermine the week you want to export data.

Export Schedules       

Initiate the transfer process.

Caution: If you receive a message indicating that your interface is not configured, you will need to configure the Interface or contact Tech Support.

Export Path (Choose Directory)

   

Designate where the file will be saved.

Running the Export Schedules task

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
    The Planning screen appears in a separate tab.
  3. Click Display advanced options.
  4. In the Export Schedules row, click Update/Start.
    The Export Schedules screen appears in the same tab.
  5. Select a Week End Date from the drop-down list, if appropriate.
  6. Choose a directory for the Export Path.
  7. Select the job(s) you want to export.
  8. Click Export Schedules.
    The schedule appears at the selected directory.
