There may be times when you need to get data from various formats into LMS, or from LMS into various formats. Interfaces provide the mechanism for accomplishing that for the following:

  • Datasets
  • Employees
  • Employees Payroll
  • Payroll Accrual
  • Actual Event Orders
  • Actual KBIs
  • Forecast Event Orders
  • Forecast KBIs
  • Import Hours
  • Import Schedules
  • Export Schedules
  • Reconcile Employees 
  • Import Earnings

Terms & Definitions

Script

Load Script. Allows you to use a previously configured piece of code that is used for the import process.
Export Script. Allows you to save a copy of the script for backup purposes.

File

Employee Set. Select which Employee Set to use.
Choose File/Directory. Locate the file or directory that you want to import.
Edit. Allows you to edit setup information.
