About Deduction Types

Deduction Types allows you to create common deductions, other than taxes. These deductions might be for union dues, meals, a deposit into the employee's savings account, etc.

Terms and Definitions

Name	Allows you to name the type of deduction.
Processor Code	Assigns a code that is used when exporting earnings to your payroll processor.
