Flow Plans
About Flow Plans
Flow plans take the individual daily patterns you have established and allows the system to account for an entire week. These can be in any number of combinations as long as the entire day and week has been accounted for in the flow plan. The flow plan is then attached to the KBI(s) for that operation.
The purpose of a flow plan is: 1) to specify which flow patterns will be associated with which days of the week for a specific KBI, and 2) to specify the period of time this flow pattern/flow plan association will be effective. You should create a flow plan for each revenue center period you create that will be associated with guest demand.
Flow plans are always linked to individual KBIs.Â
RMS
