Event view - field descriptions
The Event view provides details about each event in the selected event order.

Flag | Indicates that an event is "dirty"which means that work content needs to be generated or regenerated for the event. | Read-only. |
Exclamation mark | Event exceptions (Exc.)—Indicates that there is missing information or a potential problem. | Read-only. |

Event # | Unique identification number of the event in the customer's Event Management System (EMS). Click the column header to sort by EMS Event ID. | Read-only. |
Event | Event name. Click the column header to sort by event. | Read-only. |
Room | Room where the event occurs. Click the column header to sort by room. | Read-only. |
Theme | Theme of the event. Frequently also referred to as the event type. Click the column header to sort by theme. | Read-only. |
Style | Setup style of the event. Click the column header to sort by style. | Read-only. |
Date | Date of the event. Click the column header to sort by date. | Read-only. Format: Day, mm/dd/yy 0:00. |
Start Time | Start time of the event. Click the column header to sort by start time. | Read-only. Format: 0:00 A.M. or P.M. |

Plan | Number of attendees planned to attend the event. Click the column header to sort by plan | Read-only. |
Gtd. | Number of attendees guaranteed to attend the event. Click the column header to sort by number of attendees guaranteed to attend the event. | Read-only. |
Set | Set guest count. The number of attendees for which an event should be set to accommodate. Click the column header to sort by set guest count. | Read-only. |
