Selected Event Details pane - field descriptions
The Selected Event Details pane contains detailed information about the event that you select in the Event Order pane. Most of the information that appears in this pane is imported from your company's Event Management System (EMS). You use the Selected Event Details pane to review and edit events. If you edit fields in this pane, the updated information appears in the Event Orders pane.Â
The following buttons appear at the top of the Selected Event Details pane:

Expand All | Expands all sections in the Selected Event Details pane. | Default: When you open the Selected Event Details pane, only event information and details sections are expanded. |
Collapse All | Collapses all sections in the Selected Event Details pane. | The event information section at the top of the Selected Event Details remains expanded if you click Expand All. |
Although sections and fields for this pane vary depending on the selected event in an event order, you typically see the following sections:
Fields and controls on the Event information section
This section provides general details about the event. The header for this section is the event order number and the name of the event.Â

Rooms - Click the Rooms section header to sort by rooms. | ||
Icon column | Flag—Indicates that an event is "dirty," meaning that work content needs to be generated or regenerated for the event. | To quickly generate work content for this event, click the flag icon ( ). |
Exclamation mark: Event exception (exc.)—Indicates that there is missing information or a potential problem. |  | |

The Resources section lists the type and number of resources required for the event. Resources include items and supplies like tables, chairs, podiums, power strips, microphones, and whiteboards.Â

Functions are the activities associated with events. Examples include meals, breaks, and bars. Functions are automatically added to events based on a number of EMS criteria, such as event type, room, menu notes, and beverage notes. You can manage functions in this section.
