Add Employee Event Document Template dialog box
The Add Employee Event Document Template dialog box appears when you click the Add icon (  ) on the Employee Event Document Template screen. You use this dialog box to configure a new document template

View Tags Legend | Opens the Employee Event Document Template Tags Legend window. These tags are variables that you use to insert information, such as name and date, into the document template. When a document based on the template is generated, the tags display the customized information for each employee. | Â |
Template Name | Name of the document template. Type the name in the field. | Â |
Export File Name | Export file name of the event document template. Type the name in the field. The name should include the file extension type, which determines the file format (for example, Word, Excel, Text) of the generated document. | Â |
Template: | Content of the document template. Type the content of your document template in the text box. Use tags for information that is unique to each employee (for example, ${first name} and ${last name}). For more information, see Employee Event Document Template Tag Legend window. | Â |
Add | Adds the document template and closes the dialog box. | Â |
Close | Cancels your changes and closes the dialog box. | Â |
