Pay Rate Reasons

About Pay Rate Reasons

Allows you to denote why an employee's pay rate changed, either positively or negatively. For example, a merit raise, Union contract agreement, job change, etc. You give the reason a Name and a Code (a short identifier). This information is used in the Jobs tab of Employee Maintenance when giving raises or deactivating employees.
