Buttons on the Change Schedule State dialog box
Button | Description |
Closed for Editing | Closes the schedule which means that the schedule can no longer be edited. |
Open for Home Jobs | Opens the schedule for editing only Home Jobs. |
Open for Secondary Jobs | Opens the schedule for editing only Secondary Jobs. |
OK | Applies the change of state to the schedule. |
Cancel | Cancels the task and the dialog box closes. |
Running the Change Schedule State task
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( ).
- From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
The Planning screen appears in a separate tab. - Click Display advanced options.
- In the Change Schedule State row, click Update/Start.
The Change Schedule State dialog box appears. - Select Closed for Editing, Open for Home Jobs, or Open for Secondary Jobs.
- Click OK.
The dialog box closes and your change is applied.
