Editing a Scheduled Task

Editing a scheduled task opens the Edit Scheduled Task wizard. The screens that you encounter in the wizard depend on what type of tasks you are editing. 

To edit a scheduled task, do the following:

  1. Open the Task Scheduler screen by doing one of the following:
    1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( ).
    2. From the drop-down list under the Admin section, select Task Scheduler.
      The Task Scheduler screen appears in a separate tab.
      Or
    1. On the home screen, click Administration .
    2. Click the Task Scheduler icon (  ).
      The Task Scheduler screen appears in a separate tab.
  2. To edit a task do one of the following:
    1. Click a task to select it.
    2. Click the Edit Scheduled Task icon (  ).
      The Edit Scheduled Task wizard appears.
      Or
    • Double click a task.
      The Edit Scheduled Task wizard appears.
  3. Follow the steps in the Edit Scheduled Task wizard and edit the fields as necessary.
