Copy Schedule to Actuals dialog box

This table describes the default fields and controls for this dialog box.

Field	Description	Notes
Start Date	Start date of the date range for scheduled shifts to copy.	The selected date must be in the open pay period. Required.
End Date	End date of the date range for scheduled shifts to copy.	The selected date must be in the open pay period. Required.
Approve Shifts	Select to automatically approve the created shifts.
Job / Select	Jobs for which scheduled shifts will copy to time cards. Expand the tree menu to see the organization levels and then select the check box(es) for the job(s).	Only jobs can be selected in the tree menu. Required.
OK	Applies your selections and closes the dialog box.
Cancel	Closes the dialog box without applying your selections.
