Changing the rank of an assignment

To change the skill level of the employee for the selected job assignment:

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Admin section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

  3. In the employee pane, click the row of the employee you want to edit.

    The General tab updates with information for the selected employee.
  4. Click the Assignments tab.

  5. In the Rank column, click the cell of the assignment for which you want to change the rank and select a numeral from the drop-down list.
    The cell updates with the new rank. Â
