Time Clock Restrictions tab - Employee Maintenance

Use the Time Clock Restrictions tab to restrict the employee's use of specific Time Clocks and the types of punches they can perform at the Time Clocks. For example, you might not want an employee to punch in on a clock that is a 10 minute walk from their job location. To ensure that the employee does not waste time walking to their job (possibly accumulating overtime), you would restrict access for punching in to all Time Clocks that are out of an acceptable range.

The Time Clocks that appear in the table are the clocks to which the employee has restricted access. 

Note: Manually enter and update Time Clock restriction information for employees on the Time Clock Restrictions tab. Information on this tab is not affected or overwritten by imported interfaces.

Read-only.

InIf selected, the employee cannot punch in to the Time Clock. 
OutIf selected, the employee cannot punch out of the Time Clock. 
BreakIf selected, the employee cannot punch out for a break on the Time Clock. 
BackIf selected, the employee cannot punch back from a break on the Time Clock.  
Buttons
AddOpens the Add Restriction dialog box so that you can add Time Clock restrictions. 
DeleteDeletes restriction to the selected Time Clock.Â
