Time Clock Restrictions tab - Employee Maintenance
Use the Time Clock Restrictions tab to restrict the employee's use of specific Time Clocks and the types of punches they can perform at the Time Clocks. For example, you might not want an employee to punch in on a clock that is a 10 minute walk from their job location. To ensure that the employee does not waste time walking to their job (possibly accumulating overtime), you would restrict access for punching in to all Time Clocks that are out of an acceptable range.
The Time Clocks that appear in the table are the clocks to which the employee has restricted access.Â

- Adding restricted Time Clocks and setting punch restrictions.
- Adding and editing punch restrictions.
- Deleting a restricted Time Clock from an employee.

Add | Opens the Add Restriction dialog box so that you can add Time Clock restrictions. | Â |
