Work Rules tab - Employee Maintenance
Use the Work Rules tab to view and manage work rules that affect the selected employee's data.
Tasks performed from this tab:
- Associating work rule types with work rule sets for the employee.
- Viewing the effective rules for the employee.

Rule Type | Type of work rule. | Read-only. |
Work Rule Set | Work rule set that is associated with the rule type. The drop-down list contains all configured rule sets. From the drop-down menu, select the work rule set you want to associate with the rule type. See About Work Rules in System Setup for more information about rule types and rule sets. | |

View Effective Rules | Click to view the summary of work rules that affect the selected employee's data. |
