Rolling 7th Consecutive days with Day Cut
Hours worked in excess of 8 on a 7th consecutive day are paid at time and a half. The 7 consecutive days are based on a rolling period and can therefore cross pay weeks. The reset criteria may vary. In some cases the rule is reset after the 7th consecutive day, in other cases it can continue until a break occurs.
In this scenario day cut is midnight. The workweek Is Saturday – Friday.
