The Change Reporting Week feature closes the current Reporting Week and opens a new Reporting Week. Available dates in the drop-down list are determined by the Planning Period Type you selected in System Setup > Property > Labor/Scheduler > Scheduling panel.

You can see which Reporting Week is currently open by looking at the Status column in the main Forecasting screen.

Running the Change Reporting Week task

1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
   The Labor Actuals screen appears in a separate tab.
3. In the Change Reporting Week row, click Open/Change.
   The Change Reporting Week dialog box appears.
   
4. Select the appropriate date range.
5. Click OK.
6. The dialog box closes. Verify that the dates changed in the Status column.
