Employee User Maps

Use the Employee User Maps screen to associate an account username with a registered employee. In most cases, usernames are created manually and must then be linked to a en existing employee. For example, if you create a new administrative user in the Security screen, you would use the Employee User Maps screen to associate the newly created username with an employee.
Fields for the Employee User Maps screen Mapped A chain link icon (
Field Definition Notes 
) appears in the Mapped column if the username (Watson User) is already mapped to an employee (Employee Name.Watson User Username associated with the account. Created in the Security screen. Selected A selected check box indicates which employee is mapped to the selected username. Employee Name Names of registered employees. Emp. ID Employee ID numbers associated with each employee.
