Working with the Employee User Maps screen

  1. Expand the Setup menu ().
  2. From the drop-down list, select Employee > Employee User Maps.
    The Employee User Maps screen opens in a new tab.

Mapped

A chain link icon () appears in the Mapped column if the username (Watson User) is already mapped to an employee (Employee Name.


Watson UserUsername associated with the account.Created in the Security screen.
SelectedA selected check box indicates which employee is mapped to the selected username.
Employee NameNames of registered employees.
Emp. IDEmployee ID numbers associated with each employee.

Mapping user accounts to employees

  1. On the left side of the screen, use the search bar or scroll through the list to find a username to map to an employee.
  2. Click the row to highlight the username to be mapped.
  3. On the right side of the screen, use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the employee that matches the selected username.

  4. Select the check box of the employee to map to the username.
    The employee is associated with the selected username, and a chain link icon () appears in the Mapped column.

Removing employee mapping

  1. On the left side of the screen, use the search bar or scroll through the list to find a username to map to an employee.
  2. Click the row to highlight the username to be mapped.
  3. On the right side of the screen, clear the checkbox of the employee mapped to the username.

  4. The employee mapping is removed from the selected username, and the chain link icon () no longer appears in the Mapped column.
