Use the Import Forecast KBIs task to import information from outside systems such as a PMS or other accounting system to populate the desired areas within the program.

Running the Import Forecast KBIs task

1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
   The Planning screen appears in a separate tab.
3. In the Import Forecast KBIs row, click Update/Start.
   The Import Forecast KBIs screen appears.
   

4. Enter a Start Date and a End Date.

   Note: You can use the ellipsis to select a date.

5. Determine if the Script and Data File Path are correct.
   • If the Script and Data File Path are empty: Contact UniFocus Tech Support.
   • If the Script and Data File Path are incorrect: Click Edit and locate the appropriate Script and/or Data File Path.
   • If the Script and Data File Path are correct: Click Import.
     A message saying that the data has been successfully imported appears in the bottom field.
