Each tile provides information about a specific aspect of your business. It displays a cluster of numerical and graphical data that provides a quick, at-a-glance view of key data points.

There are three categories of tiles, each related to an

Labor Scheduling

This table describes the tiles in Labor Scheduling.

Tile	Description
KBI Metric	Select a KBI and view all metrics for it for a defined date range.
Hours and Costs	View both dollar and hour variances for actual, standard, or budget for a defined date range.
Employee Shift Requests	Displays any employee requests that need attention.

Time & Attendance

This table describes the tiles in Time & Attendance.

Tile	Description
Who Is Arriving Soon	Displays a list of employees for a specific business unit who are scheduled to arrive to work soon.
Who Is Arriving Late	Displays a list of employees for a specific business unit who are scheduled to work but have not yet clocked in.
Who Is In	Displays a list of employees for a specific business unit who are currently clocked in.
Employee Shift Violations	Displays any shift violations that have occurred for a defined date range. Violations include Missed Breaks, Long Shifts, Late/Early, and Absent. This tile compares current data with a past average.
Projected Overtime	Displays projected overtime in both hours and dollars by employee for the current pay period.
