Tile configuration dialog boxes

The following tables provide field descriptions for the various tile configuration dialog boxes that you use to configure and edit tiles:

Note: Some tiles require that work rules be configured in

RMS

. In these cases, the configuration dialog box for the tile contains a message directing you to your 

RMS

Administrator.

Labor Scheduling

KBI Metric Config dialog box – field descriptions

FieldDescriptionNotes
Title Name

Name of the KBI Metric tile.

To rename the tile, type the new name in the field.

Default name: KBI Metric.
Date SelectorSelect a radio button for the desired date range.Default: Global date range.
View Type

Buttons to select how data is displayed. Options include:

  • Gauge
  • Column Chart

Default: Gauge.

KBI section
Search field

Search field to select a KBI.

To search for a KBI:

  • Type KBI name.
    The KBI menu updates as you type.

List of available KBIs.

Scroll to review the entire list.

 
Budget Selector section
Budget / Forecast 1Drop-down menu to select a budget type for you to compare the KBI values to budget data sets.  
Budget / Forecast 2Drop-down menu to select a budget type for you to compare the KBI values to budget data sets. 


Hours and Costs dialog box  field descriptions

Title Name

Name of the Hours and Costs tile.

To rename the tile, type the new name in the field.

Default name: Hours and Costs.
Report TypeType of report that you are viewing.Default: Worked vs. Standard.
Business Unit

Tree menu of organization layers. Select the check boxes for the organization layers that you want to include.

 
Units of Measurement

Buttons to select the units of measurement. Options include:

  • Hours
  • Costs
Default: Hours.
View Type

Buttons to select how to view data. Options include:

  • Gauge
  • Column Chart
Default: Gauge.
Date Selector

Drop-down menus to select date ranges. Select a radio button for the desired date range..

Default: Global date range.

 

Employee Shift Requests dialog box – field descriptions

Title Name

Name of the Employee Shift Requests tile.

To rename the tile, type the new name in the field.

Default name: Employee Shift Requests
Select a Date RangeDrop-down menus to select date ranges. Select a radio button for the desired date range(s).Default: Global date range.

Who is Arriving Soon dialog box – field descriptions

Tile Name

Name of the Who is Arriving Soon tile.

To rename the tile, type the new name in the field.

Default name: Who is Arriving Soon.
Business UnitTree menu of organization layers. Select the check boxes for the organization layers that you want to include. 

 

Who is Arriving Late dialog box – field descriptions

Who Is In dialog box – field descriptions

Employee Shift Violations dialog box – field descriptions

Tile Name

Name of the Employee Shift Violations tile.

To rename the tile, type the new name in the field.

Default name: Employee Shift Violations.
Business UnitTree menu of organization layers. Select the check boxes for the organization layers that you want to include. 
Number of past days to look at to get the current violation count

Field to specify the number of past days that the Manager Portal analyzes to calculate the current violation count.

Edit this field by changing the value directly in the field or by using the up and down arrows to the right of the field to increase or decrease the value by increments of one.

Default: 7 days.

Number of past weeks to look at to get historical count

Field to specify the number of past weeks that the Manager Portal analyzes to calculate the historical count (or past data).

Edit this field by changing the value directly in the field or by using the up and down arrows to the right of the field to increase or decrease the value by increments of one.

Default: 28 weeks.


Projected Overtime dialog box – field descriptions

Title Name

Name of the Projected Overtime tile.

To rename the tile, type the new name in the field.

Default name:Projected Overtime.
Select a Date RangeSelect a radio button for the desired date range.Default: Global date range.
Worked Hours Threshold

Field to specify the worked hours threshold that determines overtime hours.

Edit this field by changing the value directly in the field or by using the up and down arrows to the right of the field to increase or decrease the value by increments of one.

Default: 20 hours.
Last Actuals Date

Date that the tile uses when switching from actual hours to scheduled hours.

Select the appropriate radio button.

Default: Yesterday.

General

Quick Links tile – field descriptions

Note: The Quick Links tile does not have a separate configuration dialog box. You add new links directly from the tile.

Click to open the following fields:

  • Link Name—Type the name of the website (for example, UniFocus.)
  • Link URL—Type the URL of the website (for example, www.unifocus.com)

Twitter Search dialog box – field descriptions

Tile Title

Name of the Twitter Search tile.

To rename the tile, type the new name in the field.

Default name: Twitter Search.
Search Term

Enter a keyword.
