The Manager Portal screen

The Manager Portal screen consists of two sections: the header section and the page section. Although the tiles, gauges, and charts in the page section change depending on your selections, the header section always appears the same.

Note: The first time you access the Manager Portal, you are prompted to name the default page and add a tile. For more information, see Getting started: Setting up the Manager Portal.

The header section

The header sections contains the controls that you use to configure and customize the Manager Portal.

Add Tiles

Opens the Add Tiles pane, from which you select the tiles to appear in the page section.

Menu

Hover the pointer over this button to display the following menu options:

  • Property—Hover over this menu option to display the Property fly-out menu, from which you can select a different property.
  • Date Range—Click to open the Global Date Range dialog box. You use this dialog box to apply a date range across all properties. All tiles default to this date range. To change the date range for an individual tile, you must change the date setting in that tile's configuration dialog box.
  • Log out—Click to log out of the Manager Portal.

The default property for the Manager Portal is the default property defined in

RMS

.

The default date range is Current Month.

Page selection

Drop-down menu to select a different page.

The default Manager Portal page is the first page of your default property (as defined in

RMS

).

Page Tools

Hover the pointer over this button to display the following menu options:

  • Add a new page—Click to add a new page.
  • Rename this page—Click to rename the page you are currently viewing.
  • Delete this page—Click to delete the page you are currently viewing.

Property and date information

Displays the following information:

  • Name of the property.
  • Selected month.
  • Date range.

Read-only.

The page section

Located under the header section, the page section is where all of your tiles appear. With the Manager Portal, you can create multiple pages, each with a different set of tiles.
