Job Listing

The Job Listing displays job codes, job names, and pay codes, by division and department. This report allows you to quickly view job configurations to verify that the information is accurate.

Denote the Division and Department to include in the report.

Running the Report

To run the report:

  1. Choose Configuration from the Reports menu.
  2. Click Job Listing. The report options screen appears.
  3. Select the appropriate View.
  4. Choose the appropriate Division and Department.
  5. Click the Run icon. The report is displayed.
