Budget Line Report

The Budget Line Report displays the P&L structure. The report provides an overview of all the budget lines so you can look at entire tree structure and verify if key information data entry is complete and accurate.

Key Information

• Allows you to view entire P&L tree structure.
• Provides an overview of all the budget lines so you can look at entire tree structure and verify if key information data entry is complete and accurate.
• Displays description (tree structure), code (budget line code), parent line, order no., line type, operation (if it adds or subtracts into parent line), allocated, account, KBI, job class, and percent of base line.

Report Options

Running the Report

To run the report:

1. Choose System Setup from the Reports menu.
2. Open All Setup and click Budget Line.
3. Select the appropriate Line Config Set.
4. Click the Run icon. The report is displayed.
