P&L KBI Configuration Report

The P&L KBI Configuration Report details all KBIs and how they are set up within the budget tree structure. This report shows what budget line the KBI is attached to, as well as it's P&L accounting code. At a glance you can find those KBIs that should be attached to a budget line and/or make sure that each KBI is attached to all budget lines that are applicable.

Key Information

• Allows you to verify that KBIs are attached to the appropriate budget lines.
• Displays KBI name-codes and attached budget lines with codes and account codes.

Running the Report

To run the report:

1. Choose Configuration from the Reports menu.
2. Select the Line Config Set you with to be displayed.
3. Click the Run icon. The report is displayed.
