Hours by Job Analysis
The Hours by Job Analysis displays hours, including overtime/double-time hours, and dollars by Job, for the selected date range.
Running the Report
To run the report:
- Choose Labor from the Reports menu.
- Click Analysis and select Hours by Job Analysis. The Options dialog box appears.
- Select a Start Date and End Date.
- Click the Run icon. The report is displayed.
Report terms and definitions
Term | Definition |
---|---|
Department/Division/Job | Identifies the Job. |
Job # | Displays the job ID number. |
Regular Hours | Displays the regular hours that were worked during the selected date range. |
OT/DT Hours | Displays the number of Overtime/Double-time hours that were worked during the selected date range. |
Total Hours | Displays the total number of Regular, Overtime and Double-time hours that were worked during the selected date range. |
Regular Pay | Displays the total number of dollars spent for regular hours worked during the selected date range. |
OT/DT Pay | Displays the total number of dollars spent for overtime/double-time hours worked during the selected date range. |
Total Pay | Displays the total number of dollars spent for all hours worked during the selected date range. |
