About Status Change Reasons
Status Change Reasons allow you to denote why an employee left a job. For example, the employee transferred, was terminated for absenteeism, is a seasonal worker, etc. These reasons are used in the Termination Reason field of the Status tab in Employee Maintenance.

Terms & Definitions
Processor Code |
Assigns a code that is used when exporting earnings to your payroll processor. |
Reason Type |
Allows you to denote whether the termination was Involuntary, Voluntary or a Transfer. |
