The Monthly Forecast Report allows you to view the forecast, by day, for Rooms, ADR, and Revenue for each Market Segment; and Rooms, ADR, Revenue and RevPar for each Group and Hotel total. The report is broken out by Market Segment by Group and displays data for days 1 - 31.

Running the Report
To run the report:
- Choose Monthly Forecast from the KBI Reports menu.
- Select a Year and Type for the dataset.
- Select a Period.
