Controlling the Workflow view

You can use the column menu in the left pane of the Workflow view to control the information that is displayed in the schedule pane. 

  1. In the right corner of the Workflow view left pane, click the arrow (  ).
    A fly-out menu appears. 
  2. Filter as necessary.

Sort Ascending

Sort options in ascending order.

This control is not active for the Workflow view. Options in the left column cannot be sorted.

System Projected Hours

Select to display System Projected Hours.

If System Projected Hours is selected, a blue line appears in the timeline. This line indicates the number of system-planned hours at different times throughout the day. The system plan line allows users to compare user-planned hours to system-generated planned hours.

Default: Selected.

 

Manager's Planned Hours

Select to display Manager's Projected Hours.

If Manager's Planned Hours is selected, an orange line appears in the timeline. The Workflow view depicts the distribution of work content to the manager plan.

Default: Selected.
Show Stats

Opens fly-out menu to select the following stats columns:

  • Shift Hours—Select to display the number of system and manager planned hours in the selected date range.
  • Distributed Hours—Select to display the number of hours of work content distributed to the system and manager plans for the selected date range.
  • Undistributed Hours—Select to display the number of hours of undistributed work content for the system and manager plans for the selected date range.

When you select check boxes to display stats, the selected statistic type appears as a new column in the left pane. You can select all three stat types at the same time.
