Report Options

Display
  • Planning Period End Date—Denote the planning period through which the report will run.
  • Scheduled Hours—Select to display all Scheduled Hours on the report.
  • Display Standards-Based KBIs—Denote whether you want Standards-based KBIs displayed on the report.
  • Display Non-Productive Hours—Select to display all non-productive hours on the report.
Filter

Determine whether the information is filtered by Division/Department or by Operating Code.

  • Division/Department—Display employees by Division(s) and Department(s).
    • Summarize By—Choose the level of detail displayed in the report.
  • Operating Code—Generate a report that displays operating codes. For example, chefs from three different departments can be included in the report as compared to having to look at three different department reports.
  • Summarize by—Choose how the information will be displayed.
Display Additional KBIsSelect any additional KBIs.

Running the Report

To run the report:

  1. Choose Excel Reports from the Reports menu.
  2. Click All Excel and select Manager's Planning. The Options dialog box appears.
  3. Select a Planning Period End Date.
  4. Select or de-select Scheduled Hours, Display Standards-based KBIs and/or Display Non-Productive Hours.
  5. Select a Mode.
    1. If Division/Department:
      1. Select a Division and Department from the drop-down menus.
      2. Select a method to Summarize by from the drop-down menu.
    2. If Operating Codes:
      1. Select the appropriate Operating Codes from the list.
  6. Select any Additional KBIs from the list.
