Security on Labor Structure/Standards
Changes in Security for Labor Structure
Previously, if you were denied access to Labor Structure but granted access to View Labor Structure, you could view the Labor Structure but not edit it. If you were granted access to Labor Structure, you could view and edit all fields. If you were denied access to Labor Structure and View Labor Structure, this link was not visible. Now, if you are not granted access to Labor Structure you are unable to view or edit.
Labor standards in 8.x were contained within Labor Structure. In 9.x, permissions for the Labor Structure and Labor Standards are separate and can be granted/restricted at the job, department or division level of the structure. This feature provides much greater granularity in granting access to Labor Structure and Labor Standards.
