Update: Mobile broadcasts

Mobile broadcasts  (21660)

In previous releases, mobile broadcasts could only be sent at a property-level by a user with Property Admin permission. With the new Mobile App update, Partner Administrators (such as Corporate HR) can now submit requests for UniFocus to send broadcast messages to all employees who are registered for the UniFocus Mobile App. This broadcast message can be sent to all or selected properties. Once sent, the broadcast message appears in employees' Mobile Messages inbox and is also forwarded to email and/or push notification based on their mobile preferences.

To set up broadcast messages:

  1. Contact your UniFocus Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) and provide the following information:
    • Name of the message sender.

    • Subject of message.
    • Message (limited to five paragraphs).
    • Which properties should receive the message.
    • When (day and time) the message should be sent.
  2. Email Kris Ballew at kballew@unifocus.com with the details for the broadcast message.
    Once received, Kris will send the broadcast at the specified time.
