What's New?

Major changes from version 8.x to 9.x

  • Labor Standards Setup Redesign
    • Standards are no longer configured in one tab in System Setup > Labor Structure. A new menu item has been added, System Setup > Labor Standards, with several tabs that need to be configured.
    • Labor Standards: Terms & Definitions
    • Standard Sets are no longer global. You can creeate Standard Sets but have different criteria for that Standard Set for different jobs. The criteria for the Standard Set is determined at each level. When you select a Standard Set that you wish to associate with a Job, any changes you make on any of the tabs, will be saved with that Job and with that Standard Set. For example, you can use a Standard Set calledTest for a Main Room Attendant job, as well as for the Tower Room Attendant job, but they may have different criteria depending on the setting you chose for each the tabs in each of those jobs. You simply create a Name for the Standard Set then actually configure the criteria for each job.
  • Work content drill down
    • Now able to see the standard hours components based on individual configuration elements. This feature allows you to understand the contribution of each part of the labor standard to resulting standard hours.
    • Can see the effect and expense of certain pay rules on resulting standard hours (i.e. minimum shift).
