The Reporter screen
Reporter opens on the Reports tab (Â ), the screen that consolidates all reports into a list view. Fields for the Reporter screen This section contains a tab for each open report. The Reports tab ( ), which is the first tab in the row, is for the Reporter home screen. When you first open Reporter, the only tab in this row is the Reports tab ( ). You can close all tabs in report selection row except the Unifocus Reports tab by clicking the X icon in the upper-right corner of each tab. Filter reports by tags, or keywords that are associated with a group of related reports. For example, in the above image, the Budget tag is applied to three reports: Budget Labor Summary By Day, Day By Day Job Detail, and Budget Assumptions. Either select the tag from the drop-down list or type the tag in the field. You can search on more than one tag. This top section contains a list of all of the reports that you marked as favorites. Favorites are sorted by report name in alphabetical order. Reports marked as favorites are indicated by a button with a filled star and the text Unsave: . Click this button to remove the favorite status of the report. This section appears below the Favorites section and contains a list of all available reports. Other reports are sorted by report name in alphabetical order. To mark a report as a favorite, select the Save button ( ) in the report row. The report moves to the Favorites section, and the button changes: . For a list of all available reports, see Available reports in Reporter. The top line is the report name. The bottom line is a brief description of the report. (If there is no available description for a report, the name appears in both the top and bottom lines.) Double-click the report name and description to open the report in its own tab. This thumbnail image shows layout and structure of the report.
