Fields for the Reporter screen

#FieldDescription
1Report selection row

This section contains a tab for each open report. The Reports tab (  ), which is the first tab in the row, is for the Reporter home screen. When you first open Reporter, the only tab in this row is the Reports tab (  ).

You can close all tabs in report selection row except the Unifocus Reports tab by clicking the X icon in the upper-right corner of each tab.

2Filter By Tags

Filter reports by tags, or keywords that are associated with a group of related reports. For example, in the above image, the Budget tag is applied to three reports: Budget Labor Summary By Day, Day By Day Job Detail, and Budget Assumptions.

Either select the tag from the drop-down list or type the tag in the field. You can search on more than one tag.

Note: When you filter by multiple tags, only reports with all the selected tags appear.

3SearchType either a report name or keyword to search for a specific report.

This top section contains a list of all of the reports that you marked as favorites. Favorites are sorted by report name in alphabetical order.

Reports marked as favorites are indicated by a button with a filled star and the text Unsave: . Click this button to remove the favorite status of the report.

5Other Reports

This section appears below the Favorites section and contains a list of all available reports. Other reports are sorted by report name in alphabetical order.
