Individual reports

When you select a report from the Reporter screen (in the report selection row), the report opens in a new tab.

This section contains a tab for each open report. The Unifocus Reports tab, which is the first tab in the row, is for the Reporter home screen.

The tab for the open report is highlighted.

2Action row

You use these button to perform various report functions.

  • Parameter Set – Apply a saved parameter set to the report.
  • —Save the current form values.
  • Edit the name of the current parameter set.
  • Delete the current parameter set.
  • Set the report as the default (favorite).
  • Clear the form.

3Report section

This section contains information, fields, and controls that are unique to the selected report.

For all reports, this section contains the following buttons:

  • Schedule Report Create a schedule for running reports at specific dates and times.

    Note: This button appears only if you have selected a property in the report.

  • Generate Report – Create the report in a selected format. The format options vary depending on the report type.

Note: The DB and Properties fields default to the 

RMS

database and property that you are currently logged in to.
