How you access the Pulse Reporting Dashboard depends on whether you are using the Partners site or the 

RMS

software.

For Partners site users

1. Log on to the Partners site.
2. In the navigation pane, click the STAFFScope folder to expand the menu.
3. From the expanded STAFFScope menu, click the Pulse Reporting Dashboard link.
   The Pulse Reporting Dashboard appears. It displays the Engagement Index report screen.

For 

RMS

users

1. Log on to the 

   RMS

   software.
2. In the toolbar, click the Analytics Menu icon (  ).
3. From the drop-down list, select Pulse Reporting Dashboard.
   The Pulse Reporting Dashboard appears. It displays the Engagement Index report screen.
