Levels of Engagement report screen
The Levels of Engagement report screen contains an interactive pie chart, bar chart, and table that display the percentages of employees across your company who fall into each of the three engagement demographics: Disengaged, Partially Engaged, and Fully Engaged. 1 | Log out icon ( ) | Logs out of the Pulse Reporting Dashboard. |
2 | Pulse Survey Report Menu ( ) | Opens the navigation menu, which contains a tile for each available report screen. Each tile displays the title and a brief description of the report screen. Click the tile to open the report screen. Report screens include: |
3 | Drop-down menus | Use the drop-down menus to select the properties, comparison report, and reporting periods to view in the report screen:

4 | Pie chart | The color-coded pie chart displays the percentage of levels of engagements for all employees in the selected organization level. |
5 | Bar chart | The color-coded bar chart displays the percentages of levels of engagement for all organization sub-levels of the selected organization level. The bars in the bar chart represent the organization sub-levels of the organization level shown in the pie chart. The company-wide averages for Disengaged and Fully Engaged demographics appear as dotted lines on the chart. These dotted lines do not change position when you select different organization levels to view. |
6 | Table | The table displays the following information:

7 | Table View selector | Drop-down menu to select whether information in the table and bar chart is organized and displayed by property, division, or department. |
8 | Organization layer check boxes | Select to expand the tree menu in the table and determine the organization level views you see in the chart section. |
9 | Maximize button ( ) for table Restore button ( ) for table | Click maximize ( ) to expand the table so that it fills the screen. If the table is maximized to fill the screen, click restore ( ) to return to the original view. |
