Log Room Number lines are used to record the room numbers for complimentary rooms. You would use this line if you want to track the specific rooms that were comped.

Adding Details to Log Room Number Lines (Room Log)

1. Click on the link for the Log Room Number line you want to add details.

2. Enter a Reason.

3. Enter the Room.

4. Click Add.

5. Click OK.

   Tip

   Both the Log Room Numbers and Log Number Rooms can be used to record such items as out-of-service and house use rooms.
