Revenue-Funds Miscellaneous Lines

Revenue Miscellaneous lines are used to track revenue from miscellaneous sources. Funds Miscellaneous are used to track miscellaneous dollars received. The Detail screens for these two line types are identical.

These lines should be used for miscellaneous income items that are not standard every day items. Items that are reoccurring should be configured on the main screen of other income. If an item does not appear as an entry line, then you should enter it as a detail log item.

Account

Associate an account code with the detail item.

Amount

Represents the total amount of the item.

Adding Details to Revenue/Funds Miscellaneous Lines

  1. Click the Revenue Miscellaneous or Funds Miscellaneous line.
  2. Enter a Description.
  3. Click the ellipses and select an Account from the list.
  4. Enter an Amount.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click OK.
