Generate Schedules screen

This table describes the fields for the Generate Schedules screen. This screen appears if you selected Generate Schedules from the Select Task screen of the New Scheduled Task wizard. LMS generates a schedule based on labor requirement, regular schedules you may have created, each employee's required and preferred time off, and all jobs that an employee is trained to work.

Days and Times

Select a day and type the time to run the task.

 
DivisionSelect a division based on your property. 
DepartmentSelect a department based on your property. 
JobSelect a job based on your property. 
Rotate DaysSelect the check box if you want to rotate the days that employees are off. 
Buttons
PreviousGo back to the previous screen. 
NextGo to the next screen.The button is available only if there is another screen left in the wizard.
FinishCompletes the wizard for the scheduled task.This button becomes available only when you are on the final screen of the wizard.
CancelCancels the scheduled task.Â
