Add Email Notification dialog box
You use the Email Notification dialog to add a user to a notification type. This dialog appears while you are performing the following tasks:
Field | Description | Notes |
User | Email address of the user. Either type the email address in the field or select the email address from the drop-down list. | REQUIRED. This field is READ-ONLY if you are adding a notification during the process of creating a new user. |
Location | The property/facility for which the notification email is sent. Either type the location in the field or select the location from the drop-down list. | REQUIRED. |
Project | Project for which notification emails are sent. Either type the project in the field or select the project from the drop-down list. | REQUIRED. |
Notification | Type of notification. Either type the notification in the field or select the notification from the drop-down list. | REQUIRED. |
Preview Email | Open a preview of the email notification that will be sent to the user. | |
Add | Adds the user to the notification and closes the dialog box. | |
Cancel | Cancels your selections and closes the dialog box. |
