Survey Email Notification tab

The Survey Email Notification tab displays a list of all email notification types associated with projects. Selecting a notification type in the list opens the Email Notification Details pane, in which you manage notifications for users. You perform the following tasks on this tab:

Notification list pane

| 1 | Filter | Filter by name of the notification in the notification list. Type the name in the field. The notification list updates to match your entry. | |

| Notification Name | Name of the notification type. Notifications are organized by project in the tree menu. Click the + to expand the subsections. | ||
| # of Users | Number of users who receive the notification type. | ||

| Select Location | Select the location to which user notification emails apply. | ||
| Add User to Notification | Opens the Add Email Notification dialog box so that you can assign a user to the notification type. For more information, see the following: | ||
| Remove Selected | Removes the selected user from the email notification. | ||
| Download | Downloads a list of users who have access to the selected email notification. The report downloads as an Excel file. For more information, see Downloading a notification report. | ||
| 5 | User list | This section lists all users who receive the selected notification type. | |
