Summary	When creating a notification using the Create New Notification wizard, the Recipients screen now populates with managers who have access to the labor structure that was selected in the General screen of the wizard.
Description	In the Notifications Setup screen, you create a notification using the Create New Notification wizard. On the General screen of the wizard, if you select a Type associated with a Variance Category, a Labor Structure field becomes available. From the Labor Structure tree menu, you specify the levels of the labor structure that will receive the notification. On the following Recipients screen of the wizard, you specify the managers with access to the selected labor structure who will receive the notification. In some instances of previous releases, when creating a notification, the Recipients screen of the wizard did not populate with managers who have access to the labor structure that was selected in the General screen of the wizard.
Solution	The software has been updated so that when creating a notification using the Create New Notification wizard, the Recipients screen now populates with managers who have access to the labor structure that was selected in the General screen of the wizard.
