Wage Analysis Report

This report lists each employee by department and portrays a history of their pay rates. It includes their current wage as well as the following—Hire Wage, 90-Day Wage, 180-Day Wage, 1 Year, 2 Years, and 5 Years. Both secondary and home jobs will be listed. Note that this report is only as accurate as the data you have accumulated regarding pay rates.

Key Information

  • Availability—Standard report

  • Options—User selects date of holiday and to include active only or inactive (terminated) employees
  • Defaults—Active employees only
  • Usage—Used to assign holiday hours based on business rules
  • DataSource—System generated from Time Cards and configuration
  • Description—This report denotes how many holiday hours to pay an associate based on your company's specific business rules. Factors taken into consideration are the status of the employee, their average day, if they worked on the holiday or not, and seniority. This report should be run AFTER the time cards have been completed for the day of the holiday. By inputting the date of the holiday the system will know how many actual hours were worked and denote holiday eligibility based on the configuration.

Report Options

Display
  • Pay Type—Determine which Pay Types should be included in the report.
  • Include Inactive Employees—Determine whether you wish the report to display all employees, including active and inactive or just the active employees (if not checked)
  • Show Home Job Only—Determine whether you wish the report to display only an employee's Home Job.
Filter
  • Filter Selection By—Select which division(s), department(s), job(s) and employees you wish to be displayed in the report. The option you choose will determine the level of detail shown. Selecting Division will only display a list of configured divisions; selecting Department will display all divisions and departments, etc.
  • Group Report Output By—Determine how the report data is displayed.
  • Job—Select the specific Jobs to be displayed in the report.
