Add Permission dialog box

Use the Add Permission dialog box to add permissions to a user. This dialog appears while you are performing the following tasks:

User

Email address of the user.

Either type the email address in the field or select the email address from the drop-down list.

REQUIRED.

This field is READ-ONLY if you are adding a permission during the process of creating a new user.

Location

The property/facility to which the permission is applied.

Either type the location in the field or select the location from the drop-down list.

REQUIRED.
Project

Project for which the user is granted permission. Examples of projects include Front Desk Cards, eSurvey, Guest Comment Cards, and MEETINGScope.

Either type the project in the field or select the project from the drop-down list.

REQUIRED.
Also Add Survey Responses access

Select if the user should be allowed to respond to surveys in the dashboard of the selected project.

When a user with this access responds to a survey, the response is sent via email to the customer who administered the survey.

 
Also Add Admin accessSelect if the user should be allowed to upload interface files for the selected project. 
AddApplies your changes and close the dialog box. 
CancelCancels your changes and close the dialog box. 

Note: If you do not select the check boxes for adding survey response and adding admin access, users will only have permission to view the dashboard of the selected project.
