Adding and removing Survey Response and Admin permissions
From both the Users and Survey Projects tabs, you can add the following permissions to a user:
- Survey Response – Allows a user to respond to surveys in a dashboard. Responses are sent via email to the customer who administered the survey.
- Admin – Allows a user to upload interface files to a selected project.

- In the header section, select a client or property from the Select a Location drop-down list.
The screen displays information for the selected client or property. - In the header section, select the Users tab.
The user list pane displays the user list. - In the user list, click a row for a user for which you want to add a permission.
The User Details pane displays details for the selected user. - Do one of the following:
- To grant the selected user permissions: In the property information section of the User Details pane, select the Survey Responses and/or Admin check boxes.
- To remove permissions from the selected user: In the property information section of the User Details pane, clear the Survey Responses and/or Admin check boxes.

The project list pane displays the project list. - In the project list, click to highlight the project for which you want to add a user's permission.

- To grant the selected user permissions: In the user list section of the Project Details pane, select the Survey Responses and/or Admin check boxes.
- To remove permissions from the selected user: In the user list section of the Project Details pane, clear the Survey Responses and/or Admin check boxes.
